(Minneapolis, MN) — Golden Gopher football coach P-J Fleck says he will play two quarterbacks to start the season, naming Conor Rhoda and Demry Croft co-starters. He says both have continued to improve during fall camp and both deserve a chance to play.
Fleck says he has not seen either Q-B play in a real game and he feels both deserve a chance to show what they can do in a regular season game. Minnesota opens the season on August 31st against Buffalo at T-C-F Bank Stadium.
