(St. Paul, MN) — Governor Mark Dayton has proclaimed it “Nordic Ware Day” in Minnesota. Today (MON) marks the 70th anniversary of the local company, which has produced high-quality cooking, baking and kitchenware products for decades. Dave and Dotty Dalquist founded Nordic Ware in the basement of their Minneapolis home in 1946. The company got its start by producing Scandinavian specialty products.
