Governor Mark Dayton says as of 9:00 Friday morning, over 13-thousand people have enrolled in health plans through MNsure and call wait-time is 45 seconds.  Dayton says, “This rhetoric about MNsure melting down and so forth is political jargon, but it’s not serving the interests of the people of Minnesota that deserve to know the truth.”  Dayton strongly suspects robo-calls jammed the lines Tuesday morning on the first day of open enrollment, but says there’s no specific proof. Dayton says Minnesotans should be reassured they’ll have good customer service at MNsure and a functional website.
