State health officials are seeing a spike in COVID-19 cases among Minnesotans 20 to 40 years old. Department of Health spokeswoman Kris Ehresmann says “while you may feel healthy or not worried about COVID, keep in mind bringing the virus into a workplace means you could be exposing a colleague who could get very sick.” She reminds people to socially distance, wear masks in indoor gathering spaces, and stay home if you don’t feel well. Southern and central Minnesota and the Twin Cities suburbs have driven much of the increase in new cases.
