The Hennepin County Board has tentatively approved giving property owners until July 15th to pay their first-half property taxes without late-payment penalties, reports the Star Tribune. The automatic extension would apply to those who owe less than 100-thousand dollars a year and do not escrow. Property tax payments also include levies by cities and school districts.
