(Undated) — Minnesotans are buying homes. Chris Galler is executive director of the Minnesota Association of Realtors and says closed sales for the year are up 15-percent. He says activity in the rural areas is a little quieter but that’s not unusual because it’s such an agricultural based economy. Galler says they are busy doing other things to make money. He says those markets tend to pick up in the off-season. The median price for a home in Minnesota is 195-thousand dollars.
