It’s an important weekend in the race for president as Democrats in Nevada hold their caucuses. Hamline University political analyst David Schultz says Hillary Clinton’s 50-point lead in that state several months ago has all but evaporated. Schultz says “unless she wins by a big blowout at this point, she goes into South Carolina a much weaker candidate than she was before.” Schultz says Clinton has to win next Saturday’s South Carolina Democratic primary by solid numbers, or many people will worry whether her campaign is viable.
