An Indiana man is facing more than 16 years in a Minnesota prison for killing a missing woman last summer in St. Louis County. Forty-one-year-old Daniel Lynn of South Bend received a 200-month sentence Monday after pleading guilty to the second-degree murder of 28-year-old Christina Woods. Prosecutors say Lynn admitted to strangling Woods to death in his family’s farmhouse near Cook. She was reported missing by authorities in Indiana in June and her body found in early July buried on the property. Woods family say she leaves behind four children ages three to 13 and her eldest was at sentencing Monday in Virginia.
