Outside investigators found little evidence of sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior while Norwood Teague (TEEG) was athletic director at the University of Minnesota. Attorney Joseph Dixon says they saw “a climate that does not tolerate sexual harassment during this time frame, as well as one where reports regarding sexual harassment were made and were, by and large, addressed by the university in an appropriate way.” But an internal audit found that improper or questionable spending decisions by Teague and others cost the U-of-M more than 200 thousand dollars.
