Hold everything, shoppers. J-C Penney says it will delay closing of more than 130 stores around the country after a recent spike in sales. The retailer is trying to off-load about four-billion dollars in debt but will hold off closing the stores until the end of July. Minnesota locations that are due to close are in Red Wing, Baxter, Faribault, Fairmont, Hibbing, Hutchinson, Thief River Falls and Winona.
