(Bloomington, MN) — A judge is set to rule today (TUE) on whether to grant a restraining order to the Mall of America that would bar the group Black Lives Matter from protesting there tomorrow (WED). BLM’s Miski Noor says the group will rally there regardless of how the judge rules. She says the mall has asked the group to post on social media that they’re canceling the event, which “sounds unconstitutional” to her. A lawyer for the mall says it’s a question of trespassing on private property. Black Lives Matter continue to demand the release of a video of police shooting 24-year-old Jamar Clark and they’re calling for a special prosecutor in the Clark case .
