Officials have identified the juvenile who posted threats of violence at an unnamed northern Minnesota school.
The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) says there is no ongoing threat to schools related to the incident. A person in an anonymous chat line reported the threat early Wednesday morning. BCA agents were able to identify a possible IP address in Hoyt Lakes in St. Louis County and found a juvenile male at the residence who admitted to making the threat.
The juvenile and his parents are cooperating with the investigation. The juvenile is not in custody at this time.
