(St. Paul, MN) — Kirill Kaprizov became the franchise all time leading scorer as the Wild thumped the Lightning 5-1 on Tuesday. Kaprizov scored into an empty net to finish the scoring but in the process scored his 220th career goal to move past Marian Gaborik for the franchise lead in goals scored. Quinn Hughes, Mats Zuccarello, Yakov Trenin and Brock Faber also scored for the Wild along with three assists on the night for Matt Boldy. Filip Gustavsson made 25 saves as Minnesota stopped a two game losing streak. The Wild are on the road this weekend as they’ll skate in Vegas on Friday night followed by a Sunday matinee against Colorado.
