Amy Klobuchar’s campaign says today the Minnesota senator and Democratic presidential hopeful will reach her goal of visiting all 99 counties in neighboring Iowa. Klobuchar hits that objective just over a month before the Iowa caucuses, which analysts say will be a crucial test of the viability of her campaign. Earlier this month Klobuchar hit double digits for the first time in Iowa with 10 percent in an Emerson poll, but a later poll by Iowa State University showed her at only four percent — well behind Iowa front-runner Pete Buttigieg who had 24 percent. In most national polls Klobuchar has shown up in the low single digits. She has qualified for the seventh Democratic presidential debate on January 14th in Des Moines.
