Leidner excited to erase Wisconsin memory and look toward Holiday Bowl (AUDIO)

leidner4(Minneapolis, MN)  —  The University of Minnesota football team has accepted an invitation to play in the Holiday Bowl in San Diego later this month.  They will take on Washington State out of the PAC-12.  Both teams are 8-and-4 on the season and will square off on Tuesday, December 27th at 6 P-M.  Gopher senior quarterback Mitch Leidner says he is eager to get to California and working on winning his final game as a college player.  The Gophers leave for San Diego on December 23rd.
