The Minnesota Lynx announced the team has signed forward Camryn Taylor to a seven-day contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.  Taylor, 6-2, returns to Minnesota, having been part of the team’s training camp roster in both 2025 and 2024.

The forward most recently played for Esperides Kallitheas in the Greek A1 Basketball League, averaging 19.6 points and 6.7 rebounds while shooting 42.3% from the floor in 31.6 minutes per game. The Peoria, Ill. native posted 41 points against Panathinaikos on Feb. 23, shooting 9-of-17 from the floor and 5-of-6 from deep, while also adding eight rebounds and two steals.

The Minnesota Lynx announced the team has signed guard Jaylyn Sherrod for the remainder of the season. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Sherrod, 23, was waived by New York on Aug. 1, after appearing in 28 games over two seasons with the Liberty. She holds career averages of 1.5 points, on 38.2% shooting from the floor, in 5.0 minutes per game. On June 22 against Seattle, the 5-7 guard scored a season-high eight points along with three assists and two steals in 14 minutes.

A Birmingham, Ala. native, Sherrod was a two-time All-Pac-12 Team selection at the University of Colorado. She earned AP All-America honorable mention status in 2023-24 following a senior season that saw her average 12.8 points, 3.1 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 2.15 steals in 34 starts while leading the Buffaloes to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Tournament.

The Minnesota Lynx announced the team has released guard Yvonne Anderson from her seven-day contract. Anderson, who was signed on July 28, saw action in one game with the Lynx, posting two assists and two steals in 12 minutes at Las Vegas on Aug. 2. The 5-7 guard joined Minnesota after representing Serbia at FIBA EuroBasket 2025.
