A Racine, Minnesota man stared down hypothermia and potential death, only to face disorderly conduct charges. Rochester Police say the man escaped during the arrests of several men involved in a drunken brawl early Saturday. With the temperature in single digits, the man in handcuffs reportedly snuck away and jumped into the Zumbro River. He made it to the other side of the cold river and was immediately taken by police to a hospital. From there, he went to jail.
