Officials are investigating after finding man and a child dead at a home in Faribault. Authorities were called to the scene on Sunday afternoon at around 1:45 pm and arrived to find the man deceased lying on the floor of the home. The child was found elsewhere in the residence. Officers also observed a firearm at the scene. The identities of the victims have not yet been released. Officials say it appears there is no risk to the general public.
