A man arrested for a fatal carjacking in Utah and a killing in Colorado lived in Alexandria from age 11 through 19, reports the Star Tribune. Authorities in Colorado also want to question 24-year-old Austin Boutain about the killing of a 63-year-old man in an R-V park. Boutain’s brother, 14-year-old Hunter, died in 2015 after swimming in Lake Minnewaska in a case that caused alarm in the area around Glenwood. Authorities originally suspected a lake amoeba killed the boy, but tests by the C-D-C found he died from bacterial meningitis.
