Manhunt continues after teen fatally shot on Fond du Lac Reservation

December 30, 2020 By Bill Werner

Authorities have issued an arrest warrant for manslaughter after a 16-year-old boy was fatally shot on the Fond du Lac Reservation near Duluth earlier in the week. Investigators say 18-year-old Joseph Fohrenkam fled and believe he’s accompanied by his mother, 38-year-old Littlefawn Fohrenkam. They say the son may still be in possession of a 9mm handgun. Authorities indicate another person of interest has been located and he is cooperating with the investigation. Anyone with information should contact the Saint Louis County Sheriff’s Office.
