Prosecutors allege a Maple Grove woman was legally drunk when she sharply turned a speedboat on Eagle Lake, sending two teens she was pulling on tubes into a dock and severely injuring both of them. 34-year-old Jordan Seitz is charged with four felony counts of criminal vehicular operation after the mishap Saturday night in Maple Grove. One of the teens suffered a traumatic brain injury and spinal fracture. The other sustained a severe head injury.
