Masks are no longer required at Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) International Airport. That’s after a federal judge on Monday struck down a national public transportation mask mandate. MSP’s Jeff Lea says “there was a lot of confusion in the early evening and late hours yesterday from the ripple effect of the decision by the court and then for the federal agencies, CDC, TSA to communicate to the airlines as to the airports and probably other transportation systems about what that impact would mean.” MSP’s Jeff Lea says workers at the airport are still taking down signs indicating masks are required. He says travelers who still want to wear masks are welcome to do so.
