Lawmakers continue hammering out details for possible special session (Audio)

We could know later this week if there will be a pre-Christmas special session.  Governor Dayton has set tomorrow (wed) as the deadline for legislative working groups to draft three key bills that would be included in a possible special session. They include a tax cut package, funding for capitol improvement projects, and a financial assistance package to help Minnesotans with rising health insurance premiums next year. If a special session is called, it would likely take place on Tuesday December 20th. SOC
