Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life (MCCL) is applauding the Minnesota Court of Appeals’ decision to uphold the conviction of Final Exit Network Incorporated, a national right-to-die group. The group was found guilty of assisting the suicide of a Minnesota woman in 2007. MCCL spokesman Bill Paler expects another push this legislative session to reverse the current law:
