In a video statement, her husband, Ethan Frankamp, relays that Raines had autism and mental health issues, which were made worse by cyberbullying. He says Raines was “a wonderful wife and mother” who saved hundreds of animals from fur farms and abusive areas.

(St. Paul, MN) — A driver who hit and hospitalized a three-year-old child in St. Paul on Tuesday is not in custody. Police responded to the crash around 9:15 p.m., finding a child who was bleeding from their head. The kid was brought to Regions Hospital, where the injuries were determined to be non-life-threatening. Police interviewed the driver of the vehicle that hit the kid. They say the driver was cooperative and was not impaired. No other information is available.

(St. Cloud, MN) — The founder of a St. Cloud-based non-profit must pay a small fine and serve a stayed sentence of 90 days in jail for an illegal gun sale. 38-year-old Lenora Hunt, founder of Too Much Talent, a youth organization, pleaded guilty to a gross misdemeanor charge for selling a handgun to a suspected drug dealer in July 2024 in Stearns County. The dealer, Devounteono Tyson, was being investigated by the Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force for large fentanyl sales in the state. While surveilling Tyson, officers saw him walk out of Too Much Talent with a gun, which Tyson confirmed he got from Hunt. Court records show in a phone call between the two, Hunt discussed becoming mayor and helping Tyson and others with criminal cases when she won. She ran for St. Cloud City Council in 2020 and 2024, and resigned from her volunteer position on the St. Cloud Planning Commission after Mayo Dave Kleis asked her to.

The meals consist of anything from a sack lunch to a hot meal, and the program works to incorporate local food. Crane says Minnesotans can find one of the 800 meal sites closest to them by downloading the Free Meals for Kids app, visiting the Summer Food Service Program Site Map online, or calling the 211 Hotline.
