(Duluth, MN) — The Duluth Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding a missing man with health conditions. 61-year-old William Rogers was last seen in the area of Red Rock Trail between 8:30 and 10 a.m. on Thursday. Rogers is described as white, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 290 pounds, with gray/brown hair, and walks with a cane. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.

(Minneapolis, MN) — Minneapolis police believe a narcotics deal gone wrong is what led to a man being fatally shot Thursday. Officers responded to a shooting report around 4:18 p.m. in north Minneapolis, finding a man with fatal gunshot wounds in an alley. Despite life-saving efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigation shows an interaction escalated to gunfire, two men ran from the scene, and the man with the fatal wounds ran west into an alley and collapsed. No arrests have been made. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner is working to identify the man and cause of death.

>>Moorhead Man Rescued After Climbing Radio Tower In Eagan
(Eagan, MN) — A Moorhead man is okay after being rescued from the top of a 250-foot-tall radio tower yesterday. First responders were called to the tower in Eagan when the man was spotted far above the ground. A Dakota County Special Operations Team member climbed the tower and grabbed the unidentified man, allowing them both to be lowered to the ground with ropes. Investigators say the 51-year-old had to be treated for exposure to the cold after he was rescued.

(St. Paul, MN) — A small private college in the St. Paul area has received a big donation from two longtime supporters. Bethel University announced the 20-million-dollar donation by Barbara and Rollie Anderson earlier this week. Rollie Anderson is on the university’s board of trustees, and several members of the Anderson family have graduated from the school. Officials said the donation will help launch the Anderson Family College of Health Sciences, combining healthcare-related courses currently taught by different colleges within the university.

A valid small game license is required for hunting pheasants. Youth 13 years and younger may hunt small game, including pheasant, without a license but must be accompanied by a licensed parent or guardian.

(Bloomington, MN) — Weekend road work on I-494 is expected to cause delays this weekend, affecting Bloomington, Edina, and Richfield. The road will be closed between Highway 100 and Highway 77 today from 10 pm until 5 am on Monday. Crews will be conducting drainage and utility work. Meanwhile, several lanes and ramps are closed on I-35W in Burnsville. Crews are preparing for a construction project to replace the pavement and repair several bridges.
