Officers say K-9 units, drones, and a State Patrol helicopter helped search for the missing boy. A second man was brought to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators learned the westbound Ford hit an unoccupied vehicle, causing it to flip. No arrests have been made, and the crash is under investigation. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner is working to identify the man and cause of death.

(Minnetonka, MN) — A 22-year-old man has been sentenced to five and a half years in prison for a 2023 Minnetonka carjacking. Romell Lewis was convicted on one count of aggravated first-degree robbery and three counts of aiding and abetting theft. Lewis was found guilty of assaulting a woman and her 13-year-old son in their driveway on August 17th (2023) while co-defendants stole her SUV.
