Pohlad says the partners will bring experience, shared values, and a commitment to building a winning culture. The deals still need Major League Baseball approval, with more details to be released once the process is complete.

(Tracy, MN) — A Tracy man in far southwestern Minnesota has been convicted of stealing from dozens of customers. The Minnesota Attorney General’s Office says Darin Lee Horner pleaded guilty to taking money for appliances he never ordered while running Affordable Appliance Plus. Investigators say more than 50 victims lost a total of $200,000 between 2017 and 2019. Horner will be sentenced on December 16th.

(St. Cloud, MN) — Two people are in jail after a high-speed chase through Stearns County early Tuesday. Deputies say a stolen Jeep Wrangler from Fargo was spotted near St. Joseph and sped away when officers tried to stop it. The chase went through several towns before spike strips forced the driver off the road near St. Rosa. Both suspects fled into a swamp but surrendered after police dogs and a perimeter were deployed. The driver, 32-year-old Melissa Torres of Moorhead, and the passenger, 21-year-old Jackson Mulder of Valley City, North Dakota, both had active warrants.

(Cottage Grove, MN) — A Cottage Grove man will serve more than eight years in prison for sexually abusing a girl over 20 years ago. Prosecutors say Martin Zappa pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual assault in March. The victim, who was seven at the time, reported the abuse in 2021, saying Zappa — her 40-year-old neighbor — groomed her for years before assaulting her. A previous victim from a 1999 conviction was set to testify before Zappa’s guilty plea. He must register as a predatory offender for life.
>>Little Canada Man Sentenced in Eagan Hotel Murder
(Little Canada, MN) — A Little Canada man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for the 2023 murder of a woman at an Eagan hotel. 27-year-old Philip Wong pleaded guilty in March to killing 53-year-old Jianqin Zhang of China. Police were called to the hotel late on Oct. 12, 2023, after staff found Zhang unconscious. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say Wong had responded to an online ad for a massage and later paid Zhang for sex. When Zhang demanded more money, claiming there were hidden cameras in the room, Wong admitted to choking her.

She notes that experiencing four or more migraines a month is a sign to consult a medical professional. Metzler says management involves both avoiding triggers and using rescue medications to ease symptoms once an attack starts.

They’ll perform on January 23rd, 2026, at the Grand Casino Arena — formerly the Xcel Energy Center. Lauren Alaina and Chris Lane will join them on the 21-stop tour.
