>>Minnesota AG Sues TikTok Over Harm to Youth

Features like TikTok LIVE and virtual currencies are cited as contributing to exploitation and excessive use. >>Walleye Limit Set to Increase on Mille Lacs Lake

(Milaca, MN) — The walleye limit on Mille Lacs Lake will increase from two to three starting Saturday, August 23, through November 30. Size rules remain unchanged; anglers can keep fish 17 inches or longer, but only one over 20 inches. DNR Fisheries Manager Brad Parsons says the goal is to protect the walleye population while staying within the state’s harvest share. He says a slower bite this year allows anglers to take home an extra fish. As of July 31, anglers had harvested just 23.5% of their 113,600-pound allocation. Officials say abundant perch and cisco hatches last year created plenty of natural forage, leading to slower fishing and fewer anglers on the lake this season.
