In November, the U-S Justice Department launched an investigation into LiveNation for what they call “anti-competitive practices.” In October, President Joe Biden and FTC chair Linda Khan proposed an outright ban on hidden fees across all industries. President Biden also blasted the groups during his State of the Union address in February.
