(Minneapolis, MN) — A Minneapolis felon has been found guilty of possessing a firearm and fentanyl with intent to distribute. On February 24th, 2023, law enforcement executed multiple search warrants on 46-year-old Kevin Bennett. Found in his apartment, storage lockers, and a person were more than 1.2 kilograms of fentanyl, over $10,000 in cash, a Glock semiautomatic pistol, and drug-related paraphernalia, including a scale, press, and individual baggies.

(Fairmont, MN) — Authorities in south central Minnesota are searching for a suspect in a domestic assault and shooting in Truman. The Martin County Sheriff’s Office says a woman was shot in the chest around 6:15 Thursday night and taken to the hospital. Deputies say they’re looking for 32-year-old Kyle Liford, who is driving a green Chevy Tahoe S-U-V with Minnesota license plates N-V-U 7-8-2. Anyone with information about Liford is asked to call the Martin County sheriff.

The bill is intended to bring transparency and election integrity to Minnesota. It passed with overwhelming bipartisan support.
