(St. Paul, MN) — Governor Tim Walz and Senator Amy Klobuchar will take an aerial tour of Southern Minnesota to survey damage following storms and heavy rainfall across the region. High water levels and severe flooding have impacted homes, businesses, and infrastructure. Following the tour, Governor Walz will return to St. Paul to provide an update on conditions.

(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) has released the 2023 No-Knock Search Warrant Report, showing a decrease report-wide. In comparison with numbers from 2022, warrants requested dropped from 185 to 89, warrants issued from 179 to 84, warrants denied from 6 to 5, warrants executed from 158 to 71, and warrants where sought evidence was located from 148 to 69. State statute requires all law enforcement agencies that apply for no-knock search warrants to report such data within three months of the application.
>>Ground Search Suspended for Missing Otter Tail County Man
(Otter Tail County, MN) — The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office has suspended ground search operations for a missing rural Henning man. 79-year-old Robert Shaw has dementia. He was last seen leaving his home Saturday morning. The sheriff’s office says they’ll continue to pursue other investigative measures and are not requesting any more volunteers. Over the past three days, searches have included numerous aircraft, K9s, hundreds of volunteers, firefighters, and several search and rescue teams. Anyone who has any information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911.

(Cushing Township, MN) — – A child was hurt when his foot was run over by a lawnmower Monday afternoon west of Cushing. The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office says a 27-year-old woman was backing up a riding mower when she ran over the foot of a six-year-old boy while the mower was running. The child suffered a severe foot injury and was airlifted to Minneapolis Children’s Hospital.

(St. Cloud, MN) — St. Cloud Police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing juvenile. Ezariah Hall left her St. Cloud residence on April 5th, 2024, heading for Brooklyn Center or the Twin Cities area, and did not return. Hall has contacted family over the phone, possibly in those cities or the Edina area. Hall is described as black, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 115 pounds, with black mid-length hair in braids and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing light blue ripped jeans, a black hoodie, and white and black Jordan shoes. Anyone with information is asked to call the St. Cloud Police Department.

This is the final Grandstand show announcement of the 2024 State Fair.
