Free C-O alarms are also being given out in Austin, Bemidji, Brainerd, Red Wing, Virginia, and Willmar.

The male Toyota driver suffered life-threatening injuries. The woman driving the Cadillac suffered non-life-threatening injuries. No arrests or citations have been issued.
