There was also a small dog on the plane that ran away. They’re looking for a grey and brown Yorkie named Mako. Investigators are expected to release more information today (Mon).

Police say the boy was riding down Muskie Hill around 7:50 p.m. when he lost control and crashed near the bottom. A 10-year-old friend who was with him quickly called 911. A nearby resident began CPR after finding the boy unresponsive and not breathing. Officers arrived moments later and continued life-saving efforts until paramedics took over. The boy was resuscitated at the scene and airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center. Police say he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.

(Ottertail, MN) — Just after 5:00 Saturday night, the DNR alerted Otter Tail County deputies to a missing person incident on Ottertail Lake. A 44-year-old man from North Dakota reported that he and his 41-year-old brother, also from North Dakota, had been riding hydrofoils on the lake when he lost sight of his brother. Deputies quickly coordinated an extensive search effort by air and water. Within an hour, the missing man was located safe and uninjured on shore. According to authorities, his hydrofoil had experienced mechanical issues, but he was able to reach land safely.

(Ottertail, MN) — A sailboat capsized on Otter Tail Lake Saturday afternoon, and a Good Samaritan jumped in to help. Deputies arrived on the west side of the lake to find a catamaran-style sailboat overturned. A 23-year-old man from North Dakota was already on the water in his own boat, helping the stranded boater. Together, they were able to upright the sailboat. No one was hurt. The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says the Minnesota DNR also assisted. Officials are reminding boaters to stay alert and always wear life jackets.
