This comes three days after 56-year-old Steven Bailey crashed into the building, killing Park Tavern employee Kristina Folkerts and Methodist Hospital employee Gabe Harvey. The extended patio area known as “The Green” will have to be taken down permanently and will instead be replaced with a permanent memorial for Folkerts and Harvey. Bailey faces 11 charges and was found to have blood-alcohol content over four times the legal limit.

Investigators say there was a series of incidents at an Outing establishment that included a shooting, an assault, a road rage altercation, and property damage. No names have been released.

(Howard Lake, MN) — A pedestrian is dead after being hit by a van in Wright County Wednesday afternoon in Howard Lake. The Minnesota State Patrol says 85-year-old Barbara Hoppe of Howard Lake was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment, but she died from her injuries. Troopers say Hoppe was crossing Highway 12 when a van driven by 46-year-old Jonathan Edwards of Howard Lake struck her. He wasn’t injured.
