Minneapolis Police are searching for a five-year-old girl they say was forcibly taken from her father by her non-custodial mother on Wednesday afternoon. Investigators say 28-year-old Serenity Jones and an unknown male forced their way into an apartment on the 31-hundred block of Cedar Avenue South, grabbed the child and fled in an unknown vehicle. The girl, whose name is Naila, has brown eyes, black hair and was last seen wearing blue shorts and a purple t-shirt. Jones is 5-5, 166 pounds with brown eyes. Anyone with information should call 9-1-1.
