A Minneapolis woman says she’ll appeal after a federal judge dismissed her lawsuit alleging Hennepin Healthcare medical staff forcibly sedated her with ketamine, reports the Star Tribune. Buckley says “the fight is not over” to hold Hennepin Healthcare accountable. The hospital says it follows best practices about when and how to use sedatives, and puts safety and welfare of patients first.
