The Star Tribune reports a man living the Minneapolis suburb of Crystal in 1965 was repeatedly named as an F-B-I informant in just-released documents relating to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. James A. Kraker is named as “a Cuban source of information” active in an anti-Castro group of Cuban exiles. Kraker, a U-S Navy veteran of World War Two, died in 2002 and it’s unclear what additional information he might have provided to the F-B-I. Some have speculated that Cuban exiles may have played a role in Kennedy’s assassination.
