American Red Cross volunteers from Minnesota are on the ground in Louisiana helping residents affected by the devastating flooding there. Minnesota spokeswoman Carrie Carlson-Guest says the flooding in Louisiana is the “largest disaster we’ve responded to at the Red Cross since Superstorm Sandy.”
She says Minnesota crews will be on the ground there for quite some time. Currently there are around a dozen Minnesotans on the ground in Louisiana and:
