Reporters at Carver Co. Sheriff’s Office

Carver County sheriff’s officials hold a news conference at 3pm to update the media on the status of their investigation into the death of pop star Prince. An autopsy is complete, but results will not be made public until after testing and a full toxicology scan is complete, which the medical examiner’s office says could take days or weeks, depending on which information people are waiting for. Fans have gathered for a second day outside Prince’s Paisley Park studios in Chanhassen.
