A missing Paynesville couple has been found dead and their grandson has been arrested. 93-year-old Wilbert Scheel and 80-year-old Gloria Scheel were found dead inside their car on a rural Kandiyohi County road around five last night. Shortly after nine, their grandson 30-year-old Gregory Scheel was located and taken into custody. Authorities say family members reported the elderly couple missing on Wednesday after they didn’t show up for a dinner engagement. They were last seen in Paynesville. Their grandson did not show up for work that same night. Anyone with information on the Scheel’s whereabouts is asked to contact authorities. Tasha Redel reporting.
