State Bureau of Criminal Apprehension investigators say they do not have a complete video of the incident when police fatally shot 24-year-old Jamar Clark in north Minneapolis early Sunday morning, and there are no patrol car dash-cam or officer body-camera videos. B-C-A Superintendent Drew Evans says “several videos have been obtained related to this incident, none of which captured the event in its entirety.” Evans asks anyone with video to contact the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. Evans won’t say what race the officers are, or how long they’ve been on the force — but adds their names will be released after interviews are completed.
