MN GOP Chairman Keith Downey
The Republican Party of Minnesota this week announced its initiative — dubbed “Opportunity in Action” — to reach out to specific constituencies in Minnesota including millennials, seniors, veterans, sportsmen and communities of color. State GOP Chairman Keith Downey says he tells every group he meets with that he’s not there to ask for their vote, but instead wants the opportunity to get to know people, stand with them and be on their side for a long time. Downey says if Republicans do that, votes will come. He says Republicans are committed to engaging every Minnesotan with the message of growth and opportunity.
