Legalize recreational marijuana for those age 21 and older, say just over half of those responding to a survey at the Minnesota House booth at the State Fair. Just under 40 percent say no, and about 10 percent are undecided. Two-thirds say raise the age statewide for purchasing tobacco to 21, as Edina and Saint Louis Park have already done. For the second year in a row, 61 percent support increasing the gas tax while 32 percent are opposed. Over 86 percent say permits should be required for those who conceal-carry. And polltakers are almost evenly split — 46 percent “no” to 44 percent “yes” — on whether penalties should be increased on protesters who block highways or airports.
