Officials are urging Minnesotans to get the help they need for emotional stress as another round of COVID restrictions begins. Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan says if you or someone you know needs mental health assistance, Minnesota’s crisis line is available 24/7 — text MN to 741741. Flanagan says, “Please don’t wait. There is no shame in asking for help, especially after we’ve been in this for so many months and it’s getting harder in this moment.”
