The Wisconsin Supreme Court will decide whether a Minnesota man gets a new trial in the killings of a La Crosse camera shop owner and his son. 43-year-old Jeffrey Lepsch of Dakota argues jury selection was flawed in his original trial, when he was found guilty of killing Paul Petras and his son A-J at May’s Photo in 2010. An appeals court said last year that Lepsch should have objected at the time the jury was selected.
