Minnesota will break with the pack during tonight’s (Tues) roll call of states, when barring any unforeseen moves the Republican National Convention officially nominates Donald Trump as its candidate for president. State GOP chair Keith Downey says they will abide by the binding rules and reflect the votes of 114 thousand people who showed up at Minnesota’s precinct caucuses March 1st: “We will as a delegation put up 17 Rubio, 13 Cruz and 8 Trump votes, but part of the process of a convention,… people are getting used to Donald Trump as our nominee.”
