(St. Paul, MN) — So far, nearly 68,000 Minnesotans have signed up for 2016 health coverage through MNsure. The state-run health exchange says the preliminary numbers are encouraging–though the goal is to enroll 83,000 people in a qualified health plan by the January 31st open enrollment deadline. Of the 67,680 enrollees, about 40-percent are new to MNsure, and the remaining enrollees are renewals from 2015.
