Shelly Elkington of Montevideo says she’s honored to be Senator Amy Klobuchar’s guest tonight at President Trump’s State of the Union Address in Washington D.C. Elkington lost her daughter Casey Jo in 2015 after she became addicted to opioids, following a surgery. She was only 26.
