The father of two Moorhead teens who died in a pickup rollover last June says he has new confidence that authorities will locate a semi that might have played a role in the crash. Ray Kvalvog says his mother encouraged him to push for further investigation after he got video a trooper took, driving to the crash site from the opposite direction the semi was going. Kvalvog said his mother realized that, if the trooper had his dashcam on, he passed the semi that was involved in the crash. “Boom, the light goes off,” he says, “and then from there we start piecing things together.” Anyone with information should contact the State Patrol.
